During the COVID-19 pandemic, The Raven's Nest Resort & Campground, is committed to help protect the health and safety of our guests, staff, and community at-large.

In order to maintain a safe and healthy environment, we have put in place a number of policies, recommendations, and procedures

 

Guest Considerations

If you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, or live with someone that does, we ask that you stay home, get tested, and do not visit our resort.

Masks are mandatory in all indoor public spaces and we ask that guests maintain a two meter distance from persons from other parties and our staff.

We provide and encourage the opportunity for contactless, outdoor check-in and check-out.

Facility Considerations

The Raven's Nest Resort & Campground provides hand sanitizer and hand washing stations at multiple locations throughout the campground and in cabins and recommend that guests make best efforts to keep their hands clean at all times. Frequent and proper handwashing is encouraged as the best way of preventing all viral respiratory infections and other illnesses.

As part of elevating our cleaning procedures, The Raven's Nest Resort & Campground has increased the frequency of sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces of high-touch, including outhouses, the dish washing station and outdoor shower, using products that have been listed by Health Canada as likely to be effective and may be used against SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19.

 

Staff Considerations

The Raven's Nest Resort & Campground provides a healthy and safe work environment for all of our workers through enhanced training on our COVID-19 health and safety procedures and supplies them with personal protective equipment so they can continue to feel safe while taking care of you.
