No wifi - perfect cell service
Your cabin is powered off solar electricity & a battery bank - only a small amount of electricity is available
please do not bring appliances like heated blankets, space heaters etc.
No heating or air conditioning - 2 electric fans
Please be prepared for the weather

Policies
Full Payment is required at time of booking

Cancellations must me made via email
Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus $50 admin fee
Cancellations made 11 - 13 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund minus $50 admin fee
No refund is available for cancellations made 10 days or less prior to check in
Your booking must honestly represent the number of adults and children staying in your cabin
If your plans change, you must email or call before check in to adjust your booking
You may be charged up to $250 per night for extra people not entered in your booking
Long weekends are a three night minimum booking
Weekends in July & August are 2 night minimum booking
Well behaved dogs are allowed in cabins at $20/night per dog, maximum 2 dogs per cabin
Please pick up poop. Any holes dug will result in $100 reclaiming fee
We do not allow dogs left on site or in cabins unattended
We do not allow tents around the cabins, if you would like to add camping to your stay please rent a campsite
We do not have parking spaces for boats or trailers included with your cabin stay.
You may park your boat or trailer with a hitch lock in our field, when you first enter the property or contact Sentinel Storage in Windermere for secure lighted storage for $4 per night
